Bingo Card Maker privacy policy

Bingo Card Maker generates cards, call lists, cut slips and random groups from your words, numbers and names.

Data processing

The workspace processes lists. Chrome extension storage keeps a random install-count ID and saved lists, reprint settings, preferences and an export counter (bingoCardMaker.v1). It also stores rating-prompt state (bingoCardMakerRatePrompt), mirrored in preferences. Saved lists contain a name, items, ID and creation time. This page is served by Cloudflare Pages.

Retention and deletion

Unsaved input ends with the workspace; saved lists remain until deleted or uninstalled. Preferences and rating state remain until changed or uninstalled, while reprint settings remain until replaced or uninstalled; delete exports, print copies and delivered feedback separately.

Analytics

The welcome page and the hosted goodbye and rating pages carry analytics used to count installs and removals by country. Chrome opens the welcome page once on first installation. Its install count goes through this site, which derives the country from the connection and stores nothing.

Optional feedback

Ratings of 1-3 stars open the rating page; 4-5 open Chrome Web Store reviews when configured. Chrome may open the goodbye survey after removal. Optional submissions include a selected reason, comment, extension version and interface language. Telegram delivers comments to the publisher; comment-free submissions become counts.

Use and rights

Data is not sold, transferred for unrelated purposes, or used for advertising or lending. Data use follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority, without discrimination.

Children

Protect children's names in shared lists.
